From now on also anonymous customers can be targeted right after their purchase. This innovation was honored with the Reta Award in the category âBest Customer Experienceâ from EHI and Lebensmittel Zeitung.
Already the 15th time the EHI Retail Institute honored outstanding technology solutions in retail in 2022. The jury, mixed of representatives from industry, universities and science institutes chose 3 winners in 5 categories each.
